中國石化新星新疆庫車綠氫示范項目
這是我國2萬噸級綠電制綠氫示范項目，是電氫協(xié)同融合綠色煉化的典型場景，也是目前已投運的全球大規(guī)模綠氫工業(yè)化應(yīng)用項目。和利時為項目提供了從基礎(chǔ)控制到智慧管理全廠一體化解決方案，涵蓋共同創(chuàng)新研發(fā)的綠氫智慧控制與調(diào)度系統(tǒng)、DCS、SIS、CCS、GDS、仿真系統(tǒng)、智能運營管控平臺，橫跨光伏發(fā)電、輸變電、電解水制氫、儲氫、輸氫等綠氫全流程工藝裝置，實現(xiàn)強電、弱電、工藝、控制、信息的有機融合，突破性地解決了新能源波動電力場景下柔性經(jīng)濟制氫，并保證連續(xù)供氫的難題，推動中國氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。
除了現(xiàn)場展示的綠氫示范項目外，和利時還向國內(nèi)外市場介紹了自身在綠氫下游煉化應(yīng)用行業(yè)的成功實踐，獲得了現(xiàn)場觀眾和行業(yè)同仁的高度認(rèn)可。公司創(chuàng)新研發(fā)的OCS工業(yè)光總線控制系統(tǒng)，賦能中國石化天津南港120萬噸/年乙烯及下游高端新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)集群項目，全力保障國家重點能源安全生產(chǎn)。

Sinopec Xinxing Xinjiang Kuche Green Hydrogen Demonstration Project
This is a 20000 ton green electricity to green hydrogen demonstration project in China, which is a typical scenario of coordinated integration of electricity and hydrogen in green refining. It is also a large-scale global green hydrogen industrial application project that has been put into operation. Helishi provides an integrated solution for the project from basic control to intelligent management, covering the collaborative innovation and development of green hydrogen intelligent control and scheduling systems, DCS, SIS, CCS, GDS, simulation systems, and intelligent operation and control platforms. It spans the entire process of green hydrogen production, including photovoltaic power generation, transmission and transformation, electrolysis of water for hydrogen production, hydrogen storage, and hydrogen transmission, achieving the organic integration of strong electricity, weak electricity, process, control, and information. It breaks through the problem of flexible economic hydrogen production in the context of new energy fluctuations and ensures continuous hydrogen supply, promoting the high-quality development of China's hydrogen energy industry.
In addition to the green hydrogen demonstration project displayed on site, Helishi also introduced its successful practices in the downstream refining and chemical application industry of green hydrogen to domestic and foreign markets, which was highly recognized by on-site audiences and industry colleagues. The OCS industrial optical bus control system innovatively developed by the company empowers the Sinopec Tianjin Nangang 1.2 million tons/year ethylene and downstream high-end new materials industry cluster project, fully ensuring national key energy safety production.
