對于低壓大功率電機，為了獲得適宜的通電截面，往往需要多根電磁線進行并聯(lián)，同時，電機繞組的引接線部分，為了規(guī)避電機物理空間的局限性，以及電機接線、繞組絕緣處理過程可能涉及到的質(zhì)量問題，也會通過多根較細導(dǎo)電直徑的引接線進行關(guān)聯(lián)。問題來了，并聯(lián)的引接線如何與并繞的電磁線進行連接？如何保證連接后繞組及引接線的正常運行？這是一個非常關(guān)鍵和重要的設(shè)計和工藝控制環(huán)節(jié)。

從簡單的物理知識我們可以分析，只有將每一相多股并繞的電磁線均勻地分配給多根的電機引接線，且保證每一個連接部位都可靠，才能有效保證電機繞組性能的正常運行，任何分配的不均勻，以及頭尾分配的不一致性，都可能導(dǎo)致引接線及電磁線電流密度的不均勻，出現(xiàn)繞組或引接線發(fā)熱的不良后果。

From simple physical knowledge, we can analyze that only by evenly distributing each phase's multi stranded electromagnetic wire to multiple motor leads, and ensuring that each connection is reliable, can the normal operation of motor winding performance be effectively guaranteed. Any uneven distribution, as well as inconsistency in head and tail distribution, may lead to uneven current density in the leads and electromagnetic wires, resulting in adverse consequences such as heating of the windings or leads.
