對(duì)于繞組槽滿率較低的電機(jī)，增加浸漆次數(shù)或采用真空壓力浸漆，可改善繞組槽內(nèi)及機(jī)座與鐵心間的導(dǎo)熱，但繞組端部漆層堆積不利散熱。而且，繞組外部包絡(luò)的漆也導(dǎo)致后續(xù)浸漆時(shí)漆液無(wú)法進(jìn)入繞組的內(nèi)部，對(duì)于改善溫升作用不大。

有條件或必要時(shí)，調(diào)整電磁參數(shù)可以有效控制溫升，如：減少定子繞組每槽匝數(shù)、增大導(dǎo)線直徑，即減小電磁線負(fù)荷和導(dǎo)線電流密度，對(duì)降低溫升十分有效。特別是封閉式電機(jī)，定子繞組匝數(shù)減少后，定轉(zhuǎn)子銅損耗都減小，雖然鐵損耗增加，但鐵心比繞組容易散熱；還有一個(gè)問(wèn)題是減少繞組數(shù)后功率因數(shù)會(huì)降低，起動(dòng)電流要增加，可能需要適當(dāng)增加鐵心長(zhǎng)度或更改轉(zhuǎn)子槽形綜合提升總體的效果。

對(duì)于轉(zhuǎn)子部分，當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子鐵心磁密允許時(shí)，可以擴(kuò)大槽形下部面積，或增大高轉(zhuǎn)速電機(jī)的端環(huán)截面，特別對(duì)降低封閉式電機(jī)定子溫升有一定效果。

某些規(guī)格的電機(jī)受到外形尺寸的限制，提高繞組絕緣等級(jí)來(lái)解決溫升問(wèn)題，有時(shí)也必要且合理。

Especially for enclosed motors, when the number of turns in the stator winding decreases, the copper loss in both the stator and rotor decreases. Although the iron loss increases, the iron core is easier to dissipate heat than the winding; Another issue is that reducing the number of windings will reduce the power factor and increase the starting current. It may be necessary to increase the length of the iron core or change the rotor slot shape to comprehensively improve the overall effect.
For the rotor part, when the magnetic density of the rotor core allows, the area of the groove shaped lower part can be expanded or the end ring section of the high-speed motor can be increased, especially for reducing the stator temperature rise of closed motors.
Some specifications of motors are limited by their external dimensions, and it is sometimes necessary and reasonable to improve the insulation level of the windings to solve the problem of temperature rise.
